What is PRODA?

Provider Digital Access (PRODA) is the secure online authentication system by Services Australia. It allows registered health professionals and organisations to access government services including HPOS, Medicare claiming, NDIS provider portal, and Aged Care systems.

How to Login to PRODA in 2025

1. Go to the official site: https://proda.humanservices.gov.au/
2. Click “Log in”
3. Choose myGovID (recommended) or RAM token
4. Enter your username and password
5. Complete verification
6. Access your services

Requirements for PRODA Login

• Registered individual or organisation account
• myGovID with Strong identity strength (preferred)
